Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
In short: try KYRAN on the free plan first. Once a paid subscription has been activated on your account, the payment is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
1. Before you pay
The free plan lets you try the question bank before paying. Please check that KYRAN covers the courses you need, and that you are paying for the right plan and the right account, before you send a Telebirr payment.
2. After activation
Subscriptions are activated manually after we confirm your Telebirr payment. From the moment your subscription is active, the fee is non-refundable for the period you paid for, including if you stop using KYRAN before it ends.
3. Paid but not activated?
If you paid but your account still shows the free plan, send us your Telebirr confirmation on Telegram @KyranMT and we will activate your subscription.
4. Account deletion and suspension
- Deleting your account ends any active subscription, with no refund for the remaining time. If you recover the account within 30 days, the subscription is not restored automatically — contact us.
- Accounts suspended or closed for breaking our Terms of Service (for example sharing an account or copying questions) are not refunded.
5. Price changes
We may change prices or plans with notice. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
